Hi, I'm Coach Pam

I've spent over 13 years in family law and in business. My passion throughout my career as an attorney and mentor is empowering women to do what they love, and rock it. Read more about my story below.

Divorce.

Adoption.

Domestic Violence.

Family Rights.

Gradually, I realized I was going through my own transition.

My passion had evolved from law into coaching my clients through those transitions. I want to help women live lives full of passion and empower them to be of service to other women. It's a powerful, never-ending cycle if we do it right.

It was only through my own experiences, both in my family and professional lives, that I realized what was blocking me from living my fulfilled life.

These difficult experiences held all of the power to catapult me into who I am today.

My father, Daniel Kurt, pictured above, served in the US Army, and I lost him while I was still a little girl. My chapter in The Successful Woman's Mindset is dedicated to him.

Like many who lost their parents at a young age, I have worked to build a life I hope he would be proud of. My work as a coach, business owner, and attorney is inspired by his sense of service, duty, and honor. It was his privilege to serve our country and give back to his community.

One day, a man was walking along the beach when he noticed a boy. The boy was picking something up off the sand and gently throwing it back into the ocean.

Approaching him, he asked, "Son, what are you doing?"

"I'm throwing starfish back into the ocean. The surf is up and the tide is going out. If I don't throw them back, they'll die,"

The man laughed to himself, and said, "Do you realize there are miles and miles of beach, and hundreds of starfish?! You can't make any difference."

After listening politely, the boy bent down, picked up another starfish, and threw it into the surf. Then, smiling at the man, he said, "I made a difference to that one."

We often feel we are too insignificant to make a difference.

That couldn't be farther from the truth.

You have the power to make a significant difference to every 'starfish' in your mile of beach.

This is why I do what I do. I want to help every starfish I possibly can.
